Each CE program requires pre-payment prior to receiving the corresponding CEUs.

  1. Choose an area of interest from our CPE Categories page. Then select the “Add to Cart” option for the CPE activity you wish to purchase.
  2. You will receive an email confirmation of your purchase.
  3. A link to download the full CPE article and questions will be emailed once payment has been confirmed. Only two downloads of the materials are permitted per purchase.

TO SUBMIT ANSWERS FOR YOUR CPE ACTIVITY:
 
Submit your answers through the “TAKE THIS TEST” link found on that CPE activity’s page (you must be registered and logged in to access this).
 
*If you opted to have your program mailed via regular post, mark answers on provided answer sheets and mail them to us for grading (P.O. Box 42696, Cincinnati, OH 45242-0696 USA), fax your answers to us (513-793-3600), or submit them online as described above.
 
*Please make sure your name, the ACPE Universal Activity Number(s), and title(s) are on each mailed or faxed answer sheet. Allow 3-5 business days for processing (plus mailing time).
 
CPE credit will be issued only once for each test successfully completed. If a replacement certificate is needed, please use this form to request a duplicate.
       
SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION:

If you achieve a grade of 70 percent or higher, you will receive a statement of credit which will be emailed to you. Additionally, you may request a printed statement of credit to be mailed to you.

If your score is less than 70 percent, you will be given one opportunity to retake that test at no additional charge.

STATEMENTS OF CREDIT

Credit will be issued only once for each test successfully completed. If a replacement certificate is needed, please use this form to request a duplicate.

Credit may be awarded for any test up to three years after its publication.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION/REFUND POLICY

Our goal is your complete satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with one of our activities and have not received a Statement of Credit for it, we will substitute a replacement activity of your choice free of charge.
