Once your answers are submitted and you receive a passing grade, a statement of credit will be emailed to you within 2-3 business days in PDF format. A printed copy can be mailed to you upon request. You will not receive a statement of credit instantly.

Yes, you are allowed one retake of a test without any additional cost if you fail it the first time.
At this time we do not offer live CE courses.
Yes. We offer CE activities for pharmacists and technicians. Our technician programs meet PTCB and ExCPT requirements for technician recertification. Some of our activities indicate that pharmacists are the target audience and have a universal activity number (UAN) ending in "-P". This indicates that the primary audience for the activity is pharmacists, but interested technicians may take these activities and receive CE credit as well.
Yes, you have two options. You can call us at 513/793-3555 or toll-free at 877/742-7631 (US and Canada only) and pay with your credit card over the phone. You can also mail us a check along with a list of the activities you are requesting and your contact information.
